Folders numbered 1, 1.1, 1.2 as in any due diligence checklist. Each file is encrypted with its own key on arrival.

Invite isolated groups
Each buyer is a group with its own folder permissions. The NDA is signed in one click, with version and hash of the accepted text.

Close with a sealed package
On archiving, TRLS Vault generates a ZIP with clean documents, the full audit log, the access report and a manifest with a final hash.

Envelope encryption
Each document version has its own key, wrapped by the room key and that by your organisation's. Nothing is stored in the clear.
Per-page watermark
Every page viewed carries the reader's email, IP and time, diagonally and in the footer. PDF downloads too.
Chained audit log
Each action is recorded with the hash of the previous one. The database allows no edits or deletions; the chain verifies in one click.
Real isolation
A buyer never sees names, counts or any trace of another group. What is not theirs does not exist for them.
Tiered identity
Verified email always; phone when the room requires it; passport with NFC reading in the next phase.

Frequently asked questions
- How do buyers get in?
- They receive an email invitation, verify their address with a one-time code and accept the NDA. No passwords to forget or leak.
- Can they download documents?
- Only if you allow it. Each folder or document has a level: view, download a watermarked PDF, or download the original. The room policy sets a ceiling for all external users.
- What happens if I revoke someone?
- They lose access immediately, including any open session, and the event is recorded in the audit log.
- Where are files stored?
- Encrypted in object storage with keys only TRLS Vault can open. No file is stored in the clear, not even viewer pages.
